Do you feel “stuck“ in life? Or, are you looking to tap into the heights of human potential?

Understanding the concepts in this video might help empower you the way that it has for me.

(Abbreviated Transcripts below – they are slightly different than the video, that is much more comprehensive – please watch video and read transcripts for a more full understanding)

This is a very powerful but incredibly simple concept that almost anyone can apply. Please don’t be overwhelmed by my words or explanation. This is very common sense oriented and easy to apply once you’ve worked up the will power to apply it.

We are creatures of habit. When we understand the unconscious habit formation processes taking place within our own mind and body that are causing us to suffer, we can then consciously choose to replicate this similar alchemical process so that it is in our favor.

When you observe your own behavior, or the behavior of others you can see how we often can keep making the same “mistakes” over and over again-with the darker manifestations of such behavior resulting in addiction and other forms of abuse.

But the same repetitious engagement of focused thoughts, behaviors and actions can lead us out of dysfunction and into a more empowering and purposeful life.

The difference between the two outcomes resides in our ability to recognize whether the choices and actions we engage in are working for us, or against us.

We are born into this world with a clear conscience, or a blank slate. Then, something happens (usually related to psychological/emotional or physical trauma – or a combination of them all), leaving us with a scar that is both imprinted into the neural networks of our brain, and into the ‘memory’ of the bio-waters that make up 99% of our cells in our human body.

The scope of what type of traumas can have this effect are resultant upon different variables – the sensitivity of the individual, their innate resiliency, etc – and the spectrum of the traumas they’re subjected to, (i.e.: something as seemingly minimal as being made fun of or something way more severe, like experiencing extreme physical trauma, can have just as devastating of an effect on an individual).

Here is where empowerment begins.:

The trauma itself creates a flood of stress chemicals in the brain and body, and the feeling of this experience is very intense and impactful.

Unless we as individuals are aware of how this process is working within us, we will usually unconsciously seek to recreate life experiences that will bring about this surge of chemicals (created by the original trauma), because we become ‘addicted’ to the feeling that these chemicals create in our being.

The more we unconsciously seek to recreate experiences that feed our addiction to the rush of chemical feelings (resulting from the initial trauma and then reinforced by the incessant reliving of dysfunctional experiences), the more we justify our desire to continue seeking dysfunctional experiences. We become trapped in ‘the prison of our own mind’ and feel perpetually stuck – a victim of circumstances. And yes, to a degree we are victims.

But, when we understand what is happening at a psychological and physiological, level we can begin to unlock the gates to this self-created prison that can then lead us away from suffering and create a more harmonious and fulfilling life.

The first step out of this ‘prison of self’ is to realize that the very same unconscious process that created this mess in the first place, is the very same process that you can use to get out of it.

You can reprogram the neural pathways of the brain and the memory of the water in your body by intentionally choosing to create “new memories” based on experiences that provide you with a renewed sense of awe and wonder for the miracle of life that is pulsing through your veins and in the world around you.

Where attention goes, energy flow. These new neural pathways (and new memory imprinted bio-water) created by experiences of renewed ‘awe and wonder,’ in essence, make the old neural pathways (and imprinted bio-waters) obsolete, because the energy of your conscious intent is more focused on the creation of new empowering habits, rather than reliving traumas of the past.

You can begin to now recreate your in the image of how you’d really love it to be.

What type of experiences do I use to reprogram my mind and the water of my body?

One way is that I sit in nature and ponder its beauty, fragility, strength, simplicity and complexity. I contemplate the synergistic efforts of an ant colony, or the mind-blowing infinity of outer space.

And especially considering deeper possibilities: such as how something as small as an ant colony and something so majestic and big as outer space are connected, and what ‘unseen’ forces connect them. Thoughts like these create ‘gaps’ of pure potentiality in my mind that allow new ‘wonder-filled’ experiences to reprogram the limiting parts of myself while creating a new structure to build more and more such memories on.

Choosing to engage in such a process activates my ‘normal senses’ and my regularly experienced ‘base emotions’ and offers me the ability to perceive reality with ‘higher octaves of these senses and emotions – leading to more advanced states of human perception.

In reality, we are crystalizing our entire sense of self by directing our attention to, and aligning it with, the very frequencies and “miraculous living geometric fields” that are the nearly incomprehensible building blocks of all forms of reality.

Become “addicted” to loving your life! Become addicted to loving this world. Become addicted to loving the basic yet infinitely profound components of your human existence and literally experience the conscious evolution of your soul – through your very being.

Realize the profound innate intelligence that is contained within and around your normal human experience instead of getting hung up in a victim mentality.

You can climb out of whatever mental hole you are in when you come to more fully realize that your very existence (and the sometimes peaceful, other times ecstatically charged feeling associated with it) is nothing shy of the most miraculous miracle there is. There sheer physics behind the fact that you exist and perceive reality through your human senses is nothing short of a miracle beyond all miracles.

And if you, with your ego, start to realize that, take initiative to further realize that and then commit to creating ‘memory banks’ based on these realizations then you will recreate experience that reflect your lost love and wonder for the world.

Children are born with a vibrant sense of innocence, filled with awe and wonder for the world. But as we become adults we lose this. Why? Mostly because we are creatures of habit who don’t understand how this habit creation process works within us, and so we become victims of it.

But when we understand how it works, and we intentionally apply it to our lives with the results we have in mind, we have the option to no longer be victims because we now have the tools to empower ourselves.

This is so important in all ways because the world needs more ‘conscious’ adults to be shiny, bright and hope filled examples for all the children who will inherit this world.

Thank you and I want the best for everyone in the world!
